Malcolm Druett is a lecturer in Space Systems at the University of Sheffield, UK. His research is in solar and stellar activity. He was formerly head of the not-for-profit British Romanian Educational Exchange (BREDEX). His goal is to help talented people and groups from countries around the world to access and explore data that is open-source.

Since 1997 Prof. Dr. Syed Amer Mahmood has been a Lecturer in Remote Sensing in the Department of Space Sciences at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. He is the link between Pakistan and the UK that kick-started the P-Star project to help develop Astronomy in Pakistan.

Arooj Faryad is from Lahore, Pakistan. She obtained a master's degree from AIP Potsdam and is currently studying for her PhD.

Alex Pietrow is a DFG fellow at the Leibniz-Institut für Astrophysik Potsdam (AIP) and is a solar physicist and postdoctoral researcher specialising in solar spectroscopy, chromospheric phenomena, and astronomical instrumentation.
